- Tenders are invited for Construction of Tertiary Pipeline and Reservoirs for Zones 7 and 8. 5Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Lowlands Rural Water Supply & Sanitation Project, 1st Floor Red Cross Society Building, 23 Mabile Road, Old Europa, Maseru. Attention: Mr. Lijane Nthunya (Procurement Specialist) email: lnthunya@gmail.com cc: tsasanet@yahoo.com and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8h00 to 16h30 at the address given below. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LSL500.00. The method of payment will be cash at the Accounts Section of the Department of Rural Water Supply, Reference: IFB No.: AfDB/LRWSSP-B/W01A. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10h00 December 22, 2022. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 10h15 December 22, 2022.
