General Procurement Notice for Construction of Raw Water Intake, Water Treatment Plant, Pump Stations, Water Transmissions Mains, Service and Command Reservoirs in the Distribution System, Distribution Network, Metered Connections, Village Distribution Points. Construction of Sustainable and Climate Resilient Public Sanitation Facilities and Development Of a Pilot Sustainable Climate Resilient Faecal Sludge Management (Fsm) Treatment Unit. (B) Goods: Logistical Support Motor Vehicles, Office Equipment and Office Furniture, Light Truck, Sludge Emptying Tools, Motorcycles, Management Information Systems (Mis) Equipment, Early Warning Systems and Hydro Meteorological Equipment (C) Services: Consultancies for Engineering Design Review and Supervision, City Wide Inclusive Sanitation, School Led Total Sanitation, Constitution and Training Village Health Water Point Committees, Community Sensitization, Mobilization, Advocacy and Dissemination of Water Sanitation Guidelines, Design of Feacal Sludge Treatment Unit, Guidelines for Feacal Sludge Management, Water Sector Gender Strategy, Financial Audit, Environment and Social Audit. The project includes the following components i) Climate Resilient and Low Carbon Emission Water Supply Infrastructure Development, (ii) Sanitation Services Improvement; (iii) Institutional Strengthening, Capacity Building and Program Management. The methods of procurement include Open Competitive Bidding (OCB) - International and national; Limited Competitive Bidding (LCB); Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS); Consultants- Qualifications Selection (CQS); Least-Cost Selection (LCS); Individual Consultants (IC); and Community-Based Participation method.
