Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Development of LNDC Site Located within Maseru CBD at Plot No. 12284-353 The LNDC is seeking proposals from private sector development entities to deliver solutions that drive economic development, sustainability, and community well-being. The earmarked site is located at Plot no.12284-353 (Ex-Sanlam Centre), located within Maseru CBD along Kingsway Road and is well-suited for mixed-use development incorporating office, retail, residential and parking. Interested and eligible bidders may purchase the tender document by paying a non-refundable fee of M2,000.00 (Two thousand Maloti). The tender document will be available to the public from 15th of August 2023. Proposals must be deposited in the tender box situated at 1st floor LNDC Development House Block A reception area and by email to tenders@lndc.org.ls on or before Friday 29 September 2023 at 12:30pm. Submissions received after the deadline will be disqualified. Bids will be opened publicly at 2:30 pm same day 29 September 2023.
