- Specific Procurement Notice (Spn) are invited for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Early Warning System - LS-LLWDP III Lot 1: Hydrometic Stations and Water Quality Monitoring Equipment Lot 2: Automated Agro-Meteorological (Agromet) Station Bids must be delivered to: Lesotho Lowlands Water Development Project III, Development House LNDC Block D Level 6 Constitution Road Maseru on or before 3rd October 2023 at 10: 30hrs. Bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:00hrs in the presence of Bidders designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address above. Electronic bidding will not be permitted and late bids will be rejected.
